We’re proud to offer free global shipping on all orders — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Note: At this time, we do not ship to the United States. We hope to expand shipping coverage in the future.

Please note that while we ship to most countries, some remote regions may not be supported. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, email us at sales@funkifindzshop.com before placing your order.


⏱ Processing & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and include both processing and shipping time.

  • Standard processing time: 8–10 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 4–6 weeks from the order date

Some items may arrive faster depending on availability and shipping location.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping times are approximate and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak demand periods.


📦 Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

When your item ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Tracking typically becomes active within 48 hours after dispatch.


🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s laws. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Funki Findz is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any additional charges incurred during import processing.

If your package hasn’t arrived within 42 days of shipment confirmation, contact us at sales@funkifindzshop.com.

Please include your order number, and we’ll investigate the issue and respond within 1–2 business days.

🛠 Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer’s remorse. AU & EU customers: Your rights under local consumer laws apply.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within:

  • 7 days of delivery (for customers in Australia)
  • 10 days of delivery (for all other international orders)

Send us:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  • Images of the original packaging and tags (if available)

Once verified, we may offer a refund or store credit depending on the situation.
